The counter staff Ms Sunny is very helpful and prompt in responding to our problems. The location is good with river view and nearby shops and eateries. Room is spacious too.

The room was very nice and spacious and we rented motorbikes which were very cheap. The lady at reception was lovely and very accommodating.

Just wondered how many star should I give this 3.5 stars Hoang Linh Hotel as everything is so poor...The mini fridge makes noise, has electric boiler but No coffee, No cup neither, bathroom has No light, water pressure was very low given that we were in second floor, No soap holder/ shelf , aints run around sink...pillow cases, towels and bedsheet were old, clean but yellowishNo safe box, No nothing...I am very generous give them One Star!

I had a big bed, room was clean. For the not so good part. My aircon started leaking water so had to turn it off during the night as I didn't want to wake up with a bang in the middle of the night. Also if you are unlucky enough to have the room behind the reception desk you will get a lot of noise as it's the passage way for other guest. During the night the staff leaves the main doors open so you can hear all the constant beeping through the night and early morning. I had a sleepless night during my overnight stay here. Staff at check in was friendly.

Excellent room, especially for the price
Perhaps the best room condition of a room I've stayed in that was less than $20! Very clean. Hot water & AC worked well. Really appreciated the elevator after staying on upper floors at other guesthouses recently. Very good location next to the river. Wifi was decent.

Maybe I was staying at a different hotel because I see a lot of negative reviews about this one which I don't understand. Our experience was nothing but good. Perhaps because we spent a few extra dollars on a river view room, we had a spacious room with a stunning view of the Han river. A good clean modern bathroom with plenty of hot water. Strong wifi signal. The location was convenient to the city center and the Han market (but don't waste your time there). Across the street was a walking promenade along the river. I will warn you that the beds are very firm. It wasn't a problem for me but my partner woke up kind of creaky. Overall for the price we had a large, clean, comfortable room which was hard to beat.

Clean hotel with beautiful view of the River
Clean hotel with a beautiful view of the Han River and Dragon Bridge. Staffs are overall okay and are courteous. The location is centre and close to almost everything. Highly recommended.

Beautiful view of the river and board walk
I would sincerely like to thank the management of this hotel. While on a day trip with their driver, I had a medical emergency and had to be taken to the hospital. The driver provided support for my husband including notifying the hotel staff what had happened. The hotel management also attended the hospital out of concern, and also to provide support and assistance for my husband and myself. Thank you again. K & B Australia
