My stay here was absolutely perfect. The rooms are lovely, the hotel pools and bars are all really nice and it's an easy walk to the night market and Ancient Town. The staff are helpful and kind and the food and drinks at the hotel are high quality.

A wonderful stay

Very nice hotel. We were not happy with our room and wanted to checkout.The manager was amazing in her approach, she upgraded us to a beautiful suite. Very nice and exremely courteous. Property reminded us of European boutique hotels. The food was delicious and we decided to have all meals in the hotel.

We have stayed at the hotel previously in its Accor Mgallery guise and it has not diminished from that standard. Our room overlooked the canal through Hoi An, with a balcony, spotlessly clean, very roomy in size with great bed and bathiroom facilities. Breakfast area is enormous with a myriad of options. Staff are courteous and friendly, check in and out was seamless. The rooftop bar and pool offers views over Hoi An. Outside of happy hour it is not the cheapest place to have a drink. The hotel is very close to the Hoi An old town, associated eateries on the far bank and very walkable. There are pop up eateries along the canal at night offering cheap grills, seafood and noodles. A top hotel in a top location. Not the cheapest option in town but you get what you pay for. We were two couples in their 60's and 70's and stayed for three nights. Well recommended.

Life doesn’t get much better though

Great hotel, well presented, Vi was an excellent host. Some area to detail in cleaning had been missed for sometime…….there is an aesthetically pleasing wooden surround to the bathroom area, looks amazing, but it was covered in dust, which I noticed whilst using the bath. Staff were helpful for the most part. There is a fabulous selection of food, though though the heat was often tepid. The breakfast chefs are excellent on the cook to order.

Lovely and comfortable room! Extremely pleasant and welcoming staff. Very close to Old Town, river, and the “action” but on a quiet street. Definitely would stay here again and recommend highly!

Absolutely phenomenal property. Would go back anytime. Really enjoyed the service and they were super sweet about letting us check out one hour later because of change in plans. The rooftop bar is very beautiful and definitely something to check out. Even if it’s just for the view. Highly recommend the property and would go back!

The property was in a great location on the river, and has easy walking access to all the best spots in Hoi An. The rooms were a bit dark but the hotel staff were happy to assist by providing extra lamps for the room. Breakfast was ok, not fabulous, and the service at the Japanese restaurant in house was terrible. The hotel staff were generally very helpful. The rooftop bar is cool too!

호이안으로 여행을 간다면 본 호텔을 묵으시기를 권장합니다. 가성비가 좋은 다른 호텔이 있을 수 있어도, 가장 좋은 호텔은 본 호텔이라고 자신있게 이야기 할 수 있습니다. 1. 호텔의 청결도 : 5성호텔이라서 방이 매우 깨끗하며, 청소도 하루에 2차례 이상 진행합니다. 외출하고 들어오면 깨끗하게 치워져 있는 방에, 앙증맞은 쿠키가 기다리고 있습니다. 2. 호텔의 위치 : 야시장까지 걸어서 5분거리, 올드타운까지는 8분거리. 눈 앞으로는 강이 흐르고, 주변에 높은 건물이나 시끄러운 도로가 없어서 조용하지만 편리한 장소입니다. 다만 바로 앞의 가게에서 마이크로 고성방가를 하던 아저씨가 있었는데, 호텔 프론트에 문의하니 빠른 조치를 취해줬습니다. 3. 호텔의 서비스 : 기본적으로 모든 직원들이 친절하고, 서비스 정신이 투철합니다. 호텔에 있는 여러 시설물(수영장, 사우나, 스파, 이그제큐티브 라운지 등)도 모두 수준이 높습니다. 4. 호텔 조식 : 이것때문에 이 호텔을 선택했습니다. 솔직히 나가서 밥 먹을 필요가 없다고 느껴질 수준이었습니다. 같은 호텔에 두번째 묵고 있는데, 앞으로 호이안에 갈 일이 있으면 계속 이 호텔을 이용할 계획입니다.

Luxuriöses Hotel in super Lage nahe der Altstadt

Luxuriöses Hotel mit 2 Pools, Rooftop Bar. Hervorragendes Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Kaffees. Sehr schöne große Zimmer, bequeme Betten und tolles Badezimmer. Top Service, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Lage sehr gut, ruhig am Fluß, wenige Minuten Fußweg zur Altstadt.
