The architecture and landscape design of this building is absolutely stunning. I stayed at 3 different rooms and each one has a unique interior design and view of the ocean and/or mountains. Staff are very welcoming and go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable.

The property was impeccable, modern, clean and comfortable. The views of the city were spectacular, the food at the rooftop restaurant was delicious. However, we were not impressed by how slow the elevators were, the pillows were too soft and we were woken up with a knock on our door at 6am to ask us if we were checking out.

This place is a dump disguised as a 5 star hotel. Showers are grimy with black mold, and the toilet and shower share a sliding door—meaning you can’t use both at once. Windows don’t open, the A/C has a weird smell, and the whole building feels slapped together and in poor condition after recently built in 2024. We stayed in the Green "Suite", big but still grimy. The smug manager clearly doesn't care, and it shows. Only decent thing? The bar across the street. But you get no perks—no priority seating, no room charges. Just another gimmick. Skip this place. At this price, you’re getting scammed. Try the Voco—it’s farther out, but clean, reliable, and Grab makes it easy to get around Da Nang.

Areas to improve in the room

shower room, there is gap at wall when door closing. There is gap between the door and door. Water spilled into room floor when showering. Shower room and toilet share a common door which is not convenient.

We stayed at Hotel M for 3 weeks. We really enjoyed our stay, Hotel M is the whole package - welcoming and friendly employees, delicious food, fantastic coffee and juices. My husband was surprised and elated that they serve Corona beer! We would like to thank all of the employees for their hospitality, assistance, suggestions and making our vacation amazing. We felt at home and looked after the whole time. The Hotel is centrally located, tons of great restaurants walking distance, beach bar Maia is fun, the yellow trailer had amazing juices. The views are breathtaking, especially at night when Da Nang lights up. We highly recommend this Hotel, HOTEL M, for your future stays. Thanks to everyone! This hotel is very new and the location is excellent. Our only minor hang up with this place was a strange use of space in the rooms that made them less than perfect. The biggest issue was with the layout of the bathroom… pretty hard to take a shower with soaking down half the room. Again a minor issue in what was otherwise a geeat stay

The hotel location and amenities were great. Our room was on 5 th floor but still private and in an excellent condition. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with wide range of multicultural options. The one issue I would have is with the over priced tours they provide which are very poorly organized. Pool are is small with very limited seating options.

We had a great stay at M Hotel Danang and enjoyed many aspects of our experience. Our room was beautiful, offering a perfect view of the ocean—a truly stunning sight to wake up to each morning. While we knew in advance that the rooms don’t have balconies, it would have been a wonderful addition to fully take in the ocean breeze. The hotel itself is modern, sleek, and very clean, though the overall atmosphere felt a bit cold and minimalistic. The location is fantastic, right across from the beach and within walking distance of many great restaurants, making it super convenient for exploring the area. One area that could use improvement is the service at the pool bar. We found the staff to be a bit inexperienced when it came to service etiquette, and we had unnecessary difficulties when trying to charge food and drinks to our room—something we’ve never encountered at other hotels. This was a bit frustrating and hopefully something that can be improved with better training. The rooftop infinity pool is definitely a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. However, the prime lounging area overlooking the ocean is quite small, with only about six lounge chairs available, making it difficult to get a spot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay—the modern design, ocean views, and prime location make this a great option in Danang. With some fine-tuning in service and minor improvements, it could be an even better experience.
