Great hotel. The main downside is that the bars across the road on the beach play bass-thumping music late into the night, and the windows of the hotel do not keep it out. There was also some confusion at check-in: I was told that via hotels.com I had booked a room with two 'twin' beds and there was no other room available. To me as a North American this means two single beds so I was quite unhappy as I was travelling in a couple. However the beds were actually (what we could call) double beds so it was fine. Note that this a big hotel, the breakfast was like a Shriners' convention (good food though).

The property is ok, rooms clean enough, breakfast very busy & very hard to get seated the breakfast was okay, pool was fine my issue was huge hotel with x 2 lounger at pool n x 3 upstairs where the gym was. Yes there’s a beach across the road but you sometimes just want to chill at pool, also Halo the bar at pool & where u can eat music so loud it would put u off eating, the staff were friendly n helpful would i stay again no

I did not like the small dining area for breakfast and the lack of elevators…but the rooftop pool is great. The water is nice and the view is fantastic. The staff is attentive and professional.

We liked the hotel's proximity to the beach. The downside is that it can get noisy in the evening until around midnight. There are a lot of vendors around the sidewalk, not sure why there are more here than around other hotels, but it can feel a little crowded in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is clean and safe. We booked a connecting room for our family and got 4 double beds and a partial ocean view. The room was clean, simple, and had decent noise insulation between rooms. The Buffett had a large variety of options, although I usually don't have a large breakfast, so I'm not sure of the overall quality of the entire spread. I did enjoy the coffee and the egg station cook was a great guy. He remembered the style of eggs we like, and had it ready for us when we arrived. The fitness room was basic, but good enough for a light workout. One elevator was being repaired one morning, which resulted in long wait times to get around the hotel. We always felt safe at the hotel. Vietnam is a very safe country in general, so that was never an issue. For the location, I would say it offers good value. Especially for families who want close proximity to the beach and a large Buffett breakfast. There are other hotels more south of this location that are more central to the popular beach areas and with nice restaurants nearby. We really like this hotel. The staff was amazing catering to our every need. Our room was spacious. The view was fantastic. We went to the 19th floor swam in the pool. Had some beers had some pizza all wonderful. The only warning I would give is across the street not the hotel’s fault. They play very loud music till around 11 o’clock at night so it gets a little bit noisy. Otherwise the hotel was perfect and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. But really it was the staff that made that they were fantastic.
