So I had a pretty bad experience here and didn’t get any sleep for 3 days due to constant issues with the air con units. They moved me three times. First because my room wasn’t ready when I arrived and asked me to wait 45 min after 22 hours of flying. So they moved me, then the new room had a bad smell to the air con and I ended up getting sick the next day. They moved me again and the third room apparently had a timer setting on the air con which the last tenant used but they never reset it so all I saw all night was the ac shutting off every hour and woke up sweating 3 times. Breakfast is not up to par with a 5 star hotel at all. It’s not great. The biggest issue is that the moment you have an issue the entire staff seems to get very uncomfortable in dealing with problems. Even small ones or compensating when there is an issue. My first week was totally thrown off due to a number of their problems. At least their sauna and spa was wonderful. Usually I don’t stay at 5 star hotels so this is all new for me but I was hoping for more. But they made my stay quite really exhausting and now I’m a week behind on sleep. I don’t care about upgrades or fancy rooms. Just clean beds that let me sleep. And if there’s an issue, an easy fix instead of thr entire staff getting stressed.
