Nice breakfast , good location to the old town! Staff were so helpful and friendly! Spa was amazing, so relaxing. Pool was nice had a great stay

Was in a good area. A/C actually dripped all over the floor. Obviously a big problem in the room I was assigned as the wall around it had damp issues. Felt unwell when the A/C was operating, so switched it off. Only stayed 1 night. Wouldn't use hotel again.

Staff excellent Hotel excellent Location excellent The only small criticism was that there was a dog barking across the street constantly for a couple of nights, not that this the hotels' fault. Apart from that a ripper stay

In my opinion , this is 2 stars hotel. Hotel was old and dated. Molded smell in front desk. Elevator was stink. Room was clean, but old curtains, and old bed sheets that made room not fresh and clean. My room got upgraded but still have lousy views from neighbors… not beach views Excellent customer service. Nice staff, nice breakfast. Price is not reasonable. It’s not worthy for 50/ nights in this area…

Room was clean facilities were great(my aircon was really good a lot of Asian countries I've stayed in they barley work but their one was great made getting a good nights sleep a lot easier. Vu and Nhan were very friendly and Happy to assist with anything I needed or questions I had. The free breakfast was just as good as any other high end hotel I've stayed at .
