Brilliant location, Basic but clean enough and had a well equipped kitchen. Noisy at night as our bedroom backed onto the Irish bar . (Not the best Irish bar !) Overall though it was good value for money and I would stay again.

Excellent location. Everything is within walking distance. It was built in the 14th century, most likely as someone's home. It is a boutique "hotel". The ground floor is a Michelin rated restaurant and the floors above have 1 apartment each. From the outside it looks like you are walking into a restaurant. Very interesting concept. We loved it. Food at the restaurant was amazing. Definitely NOT a tourist trap-like restaurant.

Beautiful room, with a gorgeous window that brought in all the natural light. Quiet despite being closer to the square. Wonderful location, steps to everything. Highly recommend

Gorgeous hotel. It in the old town area so you have to leave your car half a block away and then they will take care of it. Make sure you have time to enjoy the property. We wish we had gotten in earlier for our night stay!

The hotel is in a marvellous location next to the Main Square. It is an attractive building with period features. The breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hotel, full of interesting hot and cold dishes. The staff were very helpful. We stayed in the Penthouse, a large apartment sitting on top of the fourth floor. It was very stylishly decorated with areas for the bedroom, living and dining area. Note that the lift only went to the fourth floor so there was a staircase up to the room. Overall a remarkable hotel.

Wonderful location to Krakow Old Town area. Breakfast was very good, but the room was quite small and could be an issue if the hotel was busy. Room was clean, roomy with comfortable beds.
