It was overall a good experience.

Good location, nice place, clean, looks the sana as pictured. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and casino. Doesn’t have pool.

Our stay there was great! It was walking distance to old San Juan. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly. The only downside was, the hot tub didn’t work and there was no warm water. I would stay here again.

We got the presidential suite and it was so cute my family and I loved it and loved our balcony view , it was my second time staying at this hotel and would definitely come back again . Staff was friendly & it was in a perfect location close to everything and across Fat Tuesday and a good empanada shop . :)

Outside of hotel didn’t look like much but the staff was amazing. The rooms were very large, modern and updated. The front desk was very accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.
