Don't let the messy reception area fool you. This is a great place to stay in Kyoto! Fantastic proprietor, large clean room and comfortable beds. It's a great choice for a budget hotel and gives you everything you need for your stay.

Very happy with this property. Good location near Kyoto station. Room booked was called “suite”. I was nervous it wouldn’t be big enough for our family of 4 with tall teenagers but it was perfect. Pleasantly surprised we had two bathrooms which wasn’t highlighted in the hotel website but was nice. I’d stay here again. They provide laundry detergent so it was easy to wash a few items while there. 7-11 next door is convenient.

Amazing luxury hotel. Super convenient being right next to the train station. Only down side was that we had a triple room for the 4 of us, and even though the site says it sleeps 5, we were inconvenienced.
