Brand new property. Some teething issues - no hot water, water brown out of the tap at first. Good breakfast let down by terrible coffee from a machine.

Das Hotel wurde erst neu eröffnet denke ich mal weil sehr vieles noch neu waren aber der Service & die Sauberkeit war so lala. Am Pool waren noch die leeren Kaffeetassen die stundenlang rumstanden aber keine Mitarbeiter hat es weggeräumt die standen nur herum. An sich schönes Hotel aber wie gesagt die Umgebung war auch langweilig und das Zimmer war sehr klein. Personal an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden kein einziges Mal gefragt ob wir was zum trinken möchten, mussten alles selber holen oder bestellen…

Karşılamadaki arkadaşlar çok ilgililer,restorant,servis koridorda karşılaştığımız personel bile gülümsüyor ☺️ 3.Kat görevlisi hanıma ayrıca teşekkür ederim emekleri için.çok kibar yardımcıydı. Odalara gelince temizlik ve kailte ön planda.klima ve buzdolabı sorunsuz,ütü ve masası bile var.banyo temizliği ve kullanılan ürünler sabun,şampuan vs. Size küçücük kutularla değil,ev konforunda sabunluklarla ihiyacınız karşılanıyor.kahvaltı bence çok taze ve güzel.masa temizliği,çay servisi sürekli takip ediliyor.havuz başında havlu servisi eksik olmuyor.şezlong loca vs herşey ayrı ayrı düşünülmüş.ben çok sevdim.mesela çocuklu aileler vardı,oteldeki pozitif enerjiden dolayı herkes mutlu görünüyodu. Aksi gidicek olan durumda bile hemen keiz yönetebilen bir işletme.wifi bağlanmama konusunda bile hemen teknik servis gelmişti.hepsi sağolsun. Umarım bu emeklerinin karşılığını maddi manevi alarak çalışıyorlardır.

Yeni bir otel
Öncelikle otelin avantajlarından başlayayım. Daha yeni açılan bir otel ve odalar tertemiz. İlk kez odada siz kalıyormuş hissi verecek kadar temiz .Havuzu da gayet büyük ve temiz. Kahvaltı açık büfe ve yiyecekler taze ve oldukça başarılı. Çalışanları da oldukça kibar ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Dezavantajlarından bahsedersem , yeni bir otel olduğu için daha eksikleri var mesela asansör bakımları yeni yeni yapılıyor ve asansörü kullanamadığımız zamanlar oluyor. Neyseki çalışanlar diğer çalışan asansöre yönlendiriyor. Bazı yerlerde hala boya izleri var ve ustalar çalışıyor. Bizim kaldığımız odada banyoda su giderinden su gitmiyor banyoya doluyordu. Tek oda için oteli kötülemek olmaz ama yine de belirtmek istedim. Denize uzak bir bölgede. Genel olarak eksikleri olmasına rağmen temiz ve tercih edilebilir bir otel.

Otelde kız arkadaşımla beraber 3 gece konaklama yaptık. İlk girdiğimiz andan itibaren nezaketle karşıladılar bizi. Giriş saatinden öncede aldılar bizi. Temizlik olarak çok temiz bir otel temizlik kokusuyla girdik içeri. Kahvaltı açık büfe kahvaltı çeşit ve hijyen olarak çok iyiydi çalışanlar her zaman başınızda isteklerinizi karşılamak için dönüyor. Çıkarken bile arayıp ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordular. Keyifle konakladığımız bir otel oldu. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz 🙏
