One of the bed didnt have the sheets changed before we got the room. When i pulled back the comforter and top sheet there was a body impression as well as a large amount of body hair. It was also obvious one pillow was flipped over instead of changed out. When i went to the front desk to address it i was given a set of sheets to change it by myself.

NASTY HOTEL

The hotel overbooked. Luckily I was able to get a room. Well I say lucky me…the room was dirty. The sheets had stains, hair and dirt. The toilet had blood stains. The bathroom was filthy.

We booked two rooms to sleep in after a long day of driving. Check in was fine but both rooms had dirty floors with hair in bathrooms and beds. Woke up to vacuuming in the hallway and construction noise outside. Should’ve just drove to Amarillo.
