The property was very well maintained, showcasing a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail. One of the highlights of my stay was when I arrived in my room and saw my name displayed on the TV screen, which added a personal touch that made me feel welcomed. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries I had. Their warm demeanor truly enhanced my overall experience!

Really nice property, nice modern room, felt cozy. Dont know why but the main lobby staff seems miserable. Even giving just a morning "hello" or wave to the staff, was met with only an awkward look from them. All the cleaning staff seemed really happy though and enthusiasticly said hi. Id absolutely stay again, maybe just asking the staff to blink or say a code if they need help.

My stay was quiet and comfortable, and the location was nice and close to the airport. My only complaint was how they handled an issue with their room key tech failing and I couldn’t access my room without a staff escort for most of the time I stayed. It’s not so much the inconvenience that bothered me, as it was the fact they didn’t check ID or anything to verify that it was indeed my room I was accessing. That told me anyone could have said they were in my room and they would have just let them right in! I locked the door at night, but it left me uneasy leaving my belongings in the room while I was out during the day.

This was my third stay at Aloft, Grapevine..or is it Coppell? The shuttle always picks up in a timely manner, front desk is So nice and efficient. The room is really nice! Clean, bed and bedding is soooo comfortable!
