The hotel is nice and modern. It’s surrounded by cute restaurants and has great spaces for groups to hang out. We felt very comfortable and safe.

The hotel never has hot water. The first time I stayed there, there was no hot water for showers and they told me they weren’t sure what was happening but maintenance was working on their boiler. I thought it was an unfortunate incident. I stayed there again 7 months later (big mistake) and again I was given the same story. The staff do not care or offer any accommodations. We also couldn’t check into our room right away - which was understandable. However, we asked to use an iron or a steamer for our business clothes for a meeting and the hotel staff refused to provide one or accommodate us at all. Do yourself a favor and stay at any other hotel in the area.

Check in was easy no issues. The room was clean but was very disappointed in the water pressure and no hot water. The water was even colder the next morning before check out. I told the guy at the front who did not seem concerned. I will never stay at this property ever again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned thoroughly daily. I really enjoyed the location because there are excellent dining options as well as a nice market on the weekends with live music.
