Front desk staff was super helpful with guiding me through a unique situation. Rooms were spacious and clean, location is great and there are enough things to do/places to eat right outside so you wouldn’t have to go too far unless you wanted to. Had a fantastic stay at Aloft Richardson! The staff went above and beyond with their hospitality and were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The location is another huge plus—it’s centrally located with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the surrounding area, making it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travel. A big thank you to the entire team for making the stay so enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

It was a great room and nice view. The room was very clean and tidy. The only thing was the parking lot door was free access. So anyone can literally walk through that door which made it very unsafe. There was a homeless woman living at the pool. So it felt very unsafe!
