Overnight stay

Elevator was inoperable. Needed to carry all bags, toddler and stroller up stairway, maid did not speak English when asking where the ice machine was located. Room with 2 queen beds was a little tight, bed was inches away from air conditioning unit with very little to no space to walk past

We’ve stayed here in the past, and keep coming back because it’s always a pleasant place to be when visiting with friends and relatives in the Dallas to Mckinney area.

We've been staying here often on since Christmas. And the elevator has not workevery time. I come in, they apologize, but it's never fixed. Two weeks ago I came up here and stayed with a hurt back And had to stay on the third floor And it was horrible.

Getting to this place was interesting the first time. You have to turn and go down the alley. Room was nice. Couldn’t get TV to find any channels. Elevator was not working while we were there but we were on the first floor so not an issue. It was a nice place and we would go again. Breakfast was ok.

For the price, location is good. Free breakfast is average and it takes a long time for food to be replenished. When we stayed here, the elevator was broken. Luckily they were able to give me a room on the first floor. Some of the outlets in the room near our bed didn't work when I plugged in my phone charger. Shower walls were dirty and moldy in the higher areas where not easy to clean but still looked gross. Not the worst place I've ever stayed but not the greatest either. This is a budget hotel.

Quiet. Friendly staff. Reasonable price. Parking for guests only. Comfortable beds, but for a 5'1" older lady, it was rather high to get into. Some kind of step would have made it easier. It's not just this hotel though. I experienced the same issue elsewhere. I would still recommend this hotel!

Wonderful place to stay!!

Everyone was very nice. Help us get a room on the first floor because of health issues. Room was very nice an comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Good variety of hot an cold. Plenty to choose from. Waffles were huge an good. Overall I would recommend this hotel. 1 lil thing is the beds are kinda high. My parents had a hard time getting in the bed. That's the only thing we had trouble with.

The lobby and people are very nice. The bed is comfortable. The shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom wasnt replaced from previous guest. We threw that away.

Clean and tidy but very noisy. Tromping up and down next floor heard until 2am, sounds of water flowing in utility chase, I thought the place was flooding. Stayed on 2nd floor with no elevator working so had to drag our own bags up and down.
