My experience wasn’t pleasant at all. The place needs a good cleaning. They need all new sheets! Even the coffee was horrible.

Had 2 rooms booked, one of the rooms didn’t have working AC, was able to get a different room pretty easily. The new room didn’t have a fridge that worked. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Whole place smelled like cigarettes, despite it saying several times it was a nonsmoking facility. Spotted cockroaches coming out of ice machine. Beds were too high up, not very family friendly

This is a terrible place. The place has a distinct smell to begin with, beds were made, but there were visible handprints on the headboard, bathtub was filthy, refrigerator was not getting cold and the freezer part was iced over -there was also a drink that was left inside it, the elevator was trying to go up and the door was wide open when it did that (we used the stairs every time after that), and the upholstery on the office chair was tattered and peeling. I’ve never felt this unsafe and uncomfortable in any rental. The young man at the front desk offered a full refund, and we appreciated that.
