The room needed maintenance done to it and the entry way to the room kept locking up on its on causing the staff to reactivate my entry card twice to get back in the room

This place is raggedy. The door was broke and had a credit card sized gap so it was cold all night. The bed was stained and dirty. There was no phone to call the front desk. The room was moldy. The bathroom was dirty. I slept in a chair. I was low on funds and couldn't find anything with a reasonable price. I booked 2 days and left after the first night they kept my money. Y'all should do some type of property verification and audits. This is crazy sending people to roach motel that won't give you your money back.
