I would not recommend

We were there for 2 nights. Room looked fairly clean until you pull covers back. Sheets did not appear clean. Roaches were everywhere. Bathroom, bath tubs on the dressers and behind the head boards. When ask for clean towels you could not get until you gave them the used ones. It smelled liked pee all over.

The room was nothing like the pictures shown online. The layout was completely different — there was no couch in the room, no views and even the pool shown in the photos simply doesn’t exist. It’s a different place altogether. When I raised this with the staff, they claimed they had changed the room design, which makes no sense at all considering the furniture and paint were old and worn out. Additionally, the room was supposed to be non-smoking, yet it was filled with a strong smell of smoke and marijuana that couldn’t be masked no matter how many air fresheners I tried. The gym was always closed, dirty, and only opens at 8 AM, which is an odd and inconvenient rule, especially for guests who leave early. Overall, the hotel is below average and simply not worth the experience.

Look at your beds !

Both of the rooms were EXTREMELY dirty. The sheets had yellow stains ALL OVER THEM and the pillows were stained black from dirt. The first room was horrible. After asking to be moved, twice. Each room was dirtier than the next. Hair all in the bed. Stains on the wall. I’m pretty sure one of the rooms had blood on the wall. We took pictures of EVERYTHING.

Were the sheets even changed???

Overall, my family slept okay, but that was pretty miraculous after my son climbed into his bed and found an empty cigarette packet in our non-smoking room tucked between the sheets and some ketchup? blood? on the sheets. The beds were comfortable and the service was fine, but not a great cleanliness experience.

Super unfriendly stuff (all our questions and concerns was answered in a rude manner and wasn’t helpful at all). Property was dirty, the minute after arrival somebody through something from the window and almost broke our car. Room smells horrible, we couldn’t even breathe for first 15 minutes. Bed and pillows looks like it was never cleaned. Even though location is just in a walking distance to downtown, would never recommend this place even for 1 night stay!
