I’ve stayed at this property several times in the past, but was disappointed by this stay. The mattress was too firm - uncomfortable. The pillows were small and soft - difficult getting comfortable. The air conditioning unit was loud - starting, stopping, banging and thumping. Gave up on sleeping, and got back on the road before 6a.m. Don’t believe I’ll stay there in the future.

I enjoyed my stay but needed to check out one day early. I checked with the staff at the front desk to see what I needed to do and she said it was no problem and I could let them know the next day. When I went to checkout I was informed I would get a refund because I booked through Expedia. I reached out to Expedia and they tried to work with the property to get me a refund but couldn't make it happen. I was disappointed to learn I had to pay for a night that I did not stay at the hotel.
