The property was clean and well kept. Went to Dallas for a convention and this location was easily walkable to the venue. Would definitely recommend.

Third time was the charm. My first room smelled heavily of smoke. The key card did not work on the next room that I was assigned. The third room I was assigned was adequate. I enjoyed having a full refrigerator and cooktop. The room was clean. There were a couple of things that did not work (the sink stopper was stuck, the door was slightly off hinge. Other than that, the room was comfortable enough for a three day stay.

The staff at this hotel were friendly. The room was nice,clean and spacious. If you want to use the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) , there is a train within walking distance. The only downsides are breakfast isn't included and there's nothing within walking distance to the hotel except one restaurant.

I had an incredibly distressing stay at this hotel. On three separate occasions, different people attempted to walk into my room, banging on the door. This is absolutely unacceptable and does not make me feel safe at all. The room itself was filthy. There were food stains all over the counters, ants on top of the fridge, and the whole place reeked of food. When I lay down on the bed, my body started to feel itchy, clearly indicating that the sheets were not clean. I have filed a complaint with my bank and Expedia, as I refuse to pay for even a single night in such an unsafe and unsanitary place. Avoid this hotel at all costs!
