Like the general feel of the place, surprisingly noisy. Road noise, PVC pipes, foot traffic (surprising with all the concrete?). That said, noise does not bother me much, but could see where people that have sensitivity to such could be unhappy.

Other guests were allowed to be incredibly loud late at night. I was awakened at 1am by guests yelling outside. I was on level 2 and could hear the lobby piano being played at 1am too. And the hour long screaming sex session kept me awake for an hour from 3am

One bad thing....not bad

Bad things would be the parking situation. The hotel shares a parking lot with a bar and grill next door. When we got back to the hotel from a concert there was no parking available and we were forced to pay for valet. Which most downtown hotels you have to pay for parking but it should be advertised that way. Other then that, the hotel is super cool. Has a cool and laid back style. The rooftop bar and food was good and the bartender up there was great. And the view is unbelievable. Staff is super friendly.
