Clean room. Lots of space. Friendly & helpful staff. Good location on bus/streetcar line with quick access to downtown and walkable to the Bishop Arts district. Only weird thing was the fridge was inside of a closet that you had to pass through the bathroom to get to.

This hotel is in a fantastic location! So close to great bars and restaurants. The room was large- we stayed it the Paris suite. However, do a walk through before you settle in for the night. We didn’t have any coffee or creamer and only had one towel in the bathroom. There are additional pillows in the closets but our room was missing additional blankets. Overall a good experience.

All of the inconveniences are put on the customer in this self service hotel. Parking was a challenge, reading through three full pages of a QR code was frustrating. Too many codes, not enough relaxing. However, the room was really nice and well decorated.
