The room was very basic and didn’t feel clean. The toilet ran all night. The front desk person was not knowledgeable about anything we asked about. The TV in our room wouldn’t let us pick what to watch either, it showed the menu but didn’t let you select a channel so you were basically just allowed to watch whatever it chose for you. You can tell they tried to update some areas with paint but it’s like the old saying about lipstick on a pig. It almost made it worse.

We paid for a king bed on Oct 3rd for a stay, for our anniversary week, on Oct 18th and when we got there - despite giving 5 hours notice we were coming - we were given 2 double beds in a room with a leaking toilet and toilet water on the floor. The front desk guy basically said “too bad, not my fault. Talk to alike Cleaver. Also he comes in tomorrow after your flight leaves.” TERRIBLE experience.

There were roaches in the room not one but many!! The room had a stench of mold and wetness. When they moved my room that room had similar peculiar smell of mold coming from AC machine. The tv also didn’t work

I was disappointed. Upon entering my room, I noticed several serious issues that made my stay extremely uncomfortable. The shower water was lukewarm, there were roaches in the bathroom, and the carpet and fixtures were visibly dirty and poorly maintained (I have photos). These conditions were unacceptable for any guest, especially under the Choice Hotel brand.
