i booked this stay because it said the parking was $5 a night. instead it was $10. just upset about the double pricing for parking when the rate is why i chose the hotel.

Nice stay
We were only there for a few hours since we got in late and had an early morning flight. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Customer service was great. Not to far from DFW.

Very clean great location for the airport. They provide free shuttle for the airport as well that is very easy to sign up for. There is virtually nothing around the hotel expect for the airport and nothing within walking distance. Property very clean . Pool and hot tub clean. The restaurant had good food but service was pretty slow and took a while to get our food. Great location and price for what we needed.

Great hotel & not on direct flight path.
Very nice place to stay. I liked that they had a working pool, hot tub, and restaurant. Rooms were updated. Front desk was beautiful with a gorgeous chandelier above it. Staff super friendly. Nearby airport and not directly on flight path like other hotels. You may hear a train pass by but it doesn’t sound a horn, you just hear it on tracks.

At first it looked like an average, basic hotel. After looking closer it was kind of dirty & there was a most spot in front of our mini fridge where something had spilled & obviously never got cleaned up. It smelled faintly of stale cigarettes in the hall leading to our room and the room itself smelled very musty.

RUN away - I wish there were negative stars
Our problems started before we even got to the property. The shuttle bus was no longer running. This was the ENTIRE REASON we picked this hotel near the airport. The woman on the phone was dismissive and spoke terrible English. So we paid for a taxi. When we got there, the people at the desk were uninterested. In the room, most of the outlets did not work, and the room smelled like mold. We had to be back at the airport at 2:00AM for a 5:00AM international flight. Even though we had signed up the night before, the shuttle was a no show for almost an hour. The hotel manager called and talked to him on the phone about what was going on at least 4 times during our wait. The van at one point was across the street, but took off somewhere else instead of picking us up. When the guy finally showed up, he was hostile and either high or drunk. He yanked the door out of my hand after I opened it, argued with us, yelled at us and then took his time getting back in the van and taking us. He was rude and completely out of line during the ride. NEVER again. RUN AWAY!
