I didnt like that I was charged $100 deposit when I already paid for my room in advance and I only stayed for 1 night. Why? That makes no sense. No hotel has ever done that before.

Busted room 112

We were given a first room that had a busted security entry for the cark key that didnt seem to secure. Half the lights in the room didn't work. Fridge wasn't cold at all and the bathroom door couldn't be closed. Ended up having to ask for another room which was in better condition.

Air conditioner in our room didn’t work, it stayed 78 degrees overnight. We just left it off because it would only turn on at 76 but not cool it past that.
