Adequate for emergency stay.
Room was average, bathroom could have been cleaned better. Elevator was out of service. Room floor was uneven and you could feel it move when you walked across it, felt like a large hole in floor in front of the refrigerator. No extra bedding in the room for pull out bed, pull out bed had a huge stain so we didn’t use it. AC would shut off before the room cooled down. Adequate enough just because this was an emergency visit and no other rooms were available due to OU TX game but would not stay again for any other reason.

Not a pleasant stay
The front desk was friendly and kind. The property, however, was run down, dirty and it smelled bad. The carpet and floors had debris and filth. The room had rusty mirrors and lamps. The sheets were clean but when the fitted sheet shifted we could see a dirty mattress that appeared to have dried blood. When we turned the faucet on- the water smelled like sulfur - not something you want to brush your teeth with or bathe in. The dining room where the free breakfast was offered was filthy : dirty tables, sticky chairs, disgusting floor. Needless to say. We were VERY disappointed with this property.

Hotel area is good with many shops around Staff availability is poor, front desk assistant keep running around Breakfast options are extremely limited General area (corridors, etc) not clean. I am not convinced if this hotel worth 3 digits dollar amount (per day).
