Positives: Great customer service at check in and check out (they even loaned me an umbrella!) The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was so quiet. Soundproofing was amazing- I couldn’t hear anything outside (apparently there were tornado sirens). Negatives: The bathroom was gross/dirty. There was black hair on the shower floor (I’m blonde), mold and grime in the corners of the shower, the shower floor was dirty and the little shelf where you put your shampoo was covered in black/grey slime. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned. I could have complained and been moved but I was exhausted after flying all day, it was 10pm, my luggage was all set up and I had to leave at 5am. I just wore my flip flops in the shower and told myself it was like the college dorms again. Too bad since everything else about the stay was great! I showered wearing flip flops (

Good, comfortable, value with a few problems

A good choice if you want to stay in budget and don't care about the frills. Clean, fairly comfortable, reasonably quiet, with a very simple buffet breakfast (that varies slightly day to day). Coffee was surprisingly good. I'm dropping a couple of stars due to weird fails that might not bother you: both treadmills in the fitness room are defective AND UNSAFE (they both stopped suddenly within a minute of being turned on, and tripped the device circuit breaker); and the breakfast buffet did not have any juice (the juice machine just dispensed water) or any fruit. If you don't mind these, it was a great, clean hotel at an outstanding price in close proximity to the light rail and the business parks.

With current health issues I have to have clean air, not musty or smelly, etc. This hotel was perfectly clean and great for me. I will definitely stay here again when in this area. However, I didn't particularly like being on the first floor with my window to the parking lot. I could hear everything when someone was out there and it just felt less private. I will definitely ask for something on another floor the next time. But otherwise everything was great, the breakfast too!

The location and room great! Quiet and clean! The only disappointment was the breakfast - muffins were dry and the eggs were runny - had to get breakfast somewhere else! But other than that my rating would even be higher!

The stay was fine, the staff was the only slight issue. There was only 1 person working when I checked in, it was kinda late and she was clearly overwhelmed. I was only there due to a cancelled flight so it was last minute. Bed was comfy though!

The manager was awesome! She does EVERYTHING and with a smile, friendly personality, and knowledgeable. The morning breakfast was always kept neat and stocked. We felt cared for and appreciated the room amenities.
