Very convenient off the the highway 20 traveling from Shreveport LA service was high standard the room and the restroom very nice and clean’ Breakfast was excellent love the COFFEE…will be back to stay again…Highly recommended..thank you for your service.

Not my favorite.

First time staying here. We had a bunch of family visiting. The hotel is fairly new and mostly looked nice. Very clean so that was great. The suite was nice and large. It looked like it was wheelchair accessible however the bathroom had a bathtub which was weird. The night desk manager was not the best. She was in no hurry to check us in. My main issues with this hotel were two things. One our bed felt like we were sleeping in a taco. Totally collapsed in the middle and considering how new the hotel is, that shouldn't be possible. We couldn't roll out of bed and had to either help each other up or grab on to the headboard. That's how bad it was. Terrible night sleep. The other issue was they ask for a $100 deposit for room charges. ok no problem. However when I tried to get some snacks from the pantry charged to my room, they said no. I had to pay for the snacks. We travel quite a lot and I've never had that happen. If this wasn't the only hotel next to my son's house, I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Nice enough place but customer service was awful

We booked a suite once we got to the hotel they put us in a double queen. I showed them my booking information and the confirmed I booked a suite but was very rude after that point. Stating hotels.com booked the stay wrong anyways after a lot of back and forth they finally gave us the room we booked even though they lied to us and told us no more suites were available.

Very clean and check in went smoothly. They have removed the ice machines from each floor so you have to fill your ice bucket in the lobby. Walls are a little thin so can hear everything in the hallway plus garbage pickup outside came at 4:30 in the morning and they shuck the dumpster several times banging it very loudly. Convenience of the location made it nice getting to and from the event we attended each day. Breakfast bar was underwhelming but is adequate for most. Cleaned and made our beds each day and brought clean towels.
