Exercise room small , treadmill and elliptical machine broken . The stairwell had a giant 10 foot ladder and open electrical wires exposed from ceiling. One desk worker in hotel and no other employees in sight. Room heater not working . Absolutely freezing in room. There for Bowl game . Our team won , back in lobby watching review of game highlights with other patrons . Front desk worker told me to keep my voice down .

Very nice hotel. We were there for our first Cowboys game at AT&T Stadium and the hotel shuttle service was awesome. We could see the stadium from our room. I love that it’s pet friendly so we could have our furry princess with us. We will definitely stay there again.

Walking distance to AT&T Stadium. Situated around busy Highway and surface roads the room was still quiet! Had a few room issues but maintenance was on top of it and was super professional! General manager was also professional and all staff was extremely courteous that we came across. Felt like a safe area however one of our truck windows did get broken. Arlington police were also called and friendly to work with! We won’t be staying there again for this reason.

Good location, nice room with minor issues.

The room was adequate. It did however have a few issues. The thermostat for the heater did not control the temperature, I set the temp at 68 degrees and woke up sweating because it was so hot in the room. I used only the a/c. The top drawer on the dresser came apart when I tried to open it. The light in the bathroom was too dim, made it difficult to shave. The vent fan was loud enough to be bothersome. I did enjoy the breakfast, the lady that took care of the buffet was nice, friendly and attentive. All breakfast items were kept well supplied.

Theft of credit card information occurred. Beware

My stay was pleasant initially but a week later the credit card that I have only used at this location was used for a breakfast at “Ol South Pancake House” just down the road. I have only used this card once and that was for the deposit here. 1 week and 3 days later there was a fraudulent attempt on the card . Because I knew I had only used it here, I knew the staff here were the only ones with opportunity. Sure enough, I look to see where the charge was from and it was in the vicinity despite me living 4 hours from here. When I tried to notify management about the situation so they are aware they have a thief on staff accessing peoples credit card information, management was too busy to prioritize the financial safety of their customers.
