The elevator wasn’t working on the 4th floor. So we had to use the stairs. They didn’t have the AC units on in the stairway. The tv stopped working the last day. Pool was closed. We have stayed here several times, but this time wasn’t a good one.

For being a bit pricey, the rooms were nothing fancy and not as many amenities as some. However, they were nice, clean and comfortable. The provided breakfast was mediocre and cold but the coffee was excellent. The staff were so kind and helpful with every interaction and made us feel welcome and at home.

Staff was friendly and courteous during our check-in. There is one clerk and a line of people waiting to be checked in noticed the pool was closed. They were having issues with the elevator, ice machine on the second floor, where we were staying was out of order and on one of the days we had stayed the water was turned off with no notification due to plumbing issues on the third floor

Stay was almost perfect. Only snag was the lack of shower gel in the bathroom. There was shampoo, conditioner but no bath gel. Toilet also kept getting stuck with water still flowing after being flushed. Had to go fiddle with the flush handle each time someone flushed. Disturbed our sleep a little. Other than that, it was many times better that the Marriott Courtyard stay. That was more expensive but a complete disaster of a stay.
