While the rooms were a good size, the cleaners never cleaned our room. The breakfast only goes from 7 to 9. None of the exercise facility stuff work except for the freeways. Everything was broken and the pool was off use and shut down. Definitely will not be coming back.

We will probably not stay there again. The breakfast wasn’t good. Not much to select from. The elevators sound like they are going to malfunction anytime. In one of the elevators the “what floor you are on” sign was literally taped to the inside. People slamming doors all night. Now the place was pretty clean and the staff were helpful.

Upon arrival we went to our room. It was late and my daughter and I both needed a shower. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom for the shower. I called front desk and was told they would go check for one and bring it to us. We waited 25 minutes. Then I went to front desk and the counter person said he didn’t know where they were so sorry. I said well when we shower water will go everywhere. He shrugged. So we went back to our room, took off our shoes to find several wet spots on the carpet, making our socks wet. Called front desk, asked to switch rooms. He said sorry no rooms available. Not a great stay, would not recommend, and definitely won’t go back!

Excellent Hotel

Comfort Inn goes out of their way to accommodate your needs to make sure you are comfortable. Always clean and the staff is always polite. Love everything it has to offer as well. This was my 4th stay and I will always be staying there for now on every time I have to go to Arlington for something. I also love that they allow pets!! Yay!! 🐶💕

Would stay again!

The night staff on check in was so friendly. We arrived late after flying in from Orlando. The bed was so comfortable. The morning staff was very friendly as well. Would definitely stay again! I can’t speak on breakfast. We slept in instead of going to breakfast.
