Met expectations.

Clean and comfortable. Not perfect: some hair in the bathroom when we arrived, the sofa bed wasn't super comfortable and only came with one sheet and a pillow. The showerhead was nice, beds were comfortable, breakfast was pretty good. Pool wasn't open yet for the season but it would have been too cool to swim anyway.

Ridiculous Fees!!

Very unhappy with the surprisingly outrageous security deposit during check in. The girl at the front desk was very inept at answering any of my questions and was rude. The girl gave me the phone number to contact the manager but she never answered her phone and her voicemail box was full. I have yet to hear from her. There were other customers with similar complaints of the security deposit and lack of customer service that I talked to during my 2 day stay. We travel quite often for my daughter’s volleyball club team, but we will not be back to this hotel.

The breakfast was weak…. The pull out mattress from the couch was OLD and had no cushion. Yucky stuff on the iron.The water was just warm…. So no hot baths. It really didn’t get hot at all. Staff was great! Pool was closed, not sure why.
