The stay was okay, felt like the hotel wasn’t worth what I paid for the night. The elevator was out of order, the side door key access didn’t work to get into building.

Old and falling apart.

The elevator was broken-the signs saying so looked like they had been taped up for a long time. So we had to carry heavy luggage up the staircase. The carpet in the hallways is old and holey and coming up in places. The couch in the room was coming apart. There was no list of TV channels and what stations they were.

If you can rent somewhere else

Customers service horrible, no hi when you come. Microwave was dirty, I ask if someone would clean it and no one did. My key would work and then it wouldn’t. I told I had it next to my phone and didn’t. Then I was told because it was in my purse smh. The only people that spoke was two men that was working there

Property is nice just staff a bit rude. Check in was harsh. Front desk gentleman rudely stated rules of payment and must be chipped cc only 2 people allowed no guests. Then morning clerk had me pay for another night on app for same room and was charged another deposit. Good thing they gave me room on first floor as Elevator was broken.

We checked in with my service animal and even though I had already notified them the man was dry rude, to include taking me that myself and my service animal could only enter and exit through the back door of the facility. Once in my room there was what appeared to be blood. I called the front desk - no answer. Called the Choice Hotels line, they called and notified them of the issue and said they should be fixing it. They never cleaned it, called, apologized - nothing. Worst Comfort Suites I have ever started at.

Staff were wonderful and patient. I needed to extend my booking and they had no problem helping me get another night in the same room. Rooms were also very clean, parking was spacious, and the location did not seem sketchy at all.
