Very old, outdated and dirty. Desk chair covered in children’s stickers, multiple non functioning lights, multiple water stains and cracks and half patch jobs on the ceiling. Not dusted regularly. Even for a one night stay it’s a gamble.

Room keys never stayed programmed. The staff is so used to it they don’t even verify your room number. Anyone could probably walk up with a key and give them a random room number. Dirty, unkept property. Never made beds. Place needs some maintenance and a remodel. Wouldn’t recommend ever.

Clean and comfy

Room was comfy and clean. Our only issue was finding a wall plug that would actually not let the plug fall out. They were all so loose that the plugs would not stay in the wall.

This is a good place to stay if you just need a place to sleep. It was clean but the property itself needs to be refurbished and updated. The poor conditions make it look dirty even though you can see the housekeepers cleaning the rooms. I asked for my room to be put on do not disturb because there was no sign to place on the door. Well someone did come in because they took the used towels. My trash wasn't taken out, beds were not made nor was the vacuum passed in the room. Why come in and only take my towels? If you are gonna take the towels then do the rest of the housekeeping. Clearly there is an issue with towels at this joint cause they don't like to give you extra towels and they come take them when you ask them not to come into the room 😆. I like my privacy and I expect it to be respected when I leave my room. Breakfast was good but you are asked for your room number as you walk in the dining from the clerk at the reception desk across the foyer.

Rooms were not as pictured. Older run down building. Our rooms were not cleaned daily. The carpet had patches that were a trip hazard. The paint was peeling off of the door. The phone did not work. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked another trip hazard. All in all this hotel was nothing like they advertised and pictured. Will not recommend nor stay here again.

Loved the hot tub in the room great for relaxing. The bed was super hard for my liking but medical conditions cause this. Front desk was super nice and would definitely stay again even with a hard bed

Security is most important.

Room was ok over all. The computer/printer totally didn't work. The main concern was the side door usually needs the key to enter from the outside had electrical tape over the knocking part, so the door is unlocked 24hours a day...Even on here, I'm trying to upload a photo and it's not working
