I have stayed at this property before and it seemed to go a bit downhill. There was little to no conversation on check in about anything, and about parking (I had to ask if a pass was needed) or even any undedstanding of my name. I attempted to speak with the front desk my final night and nobody was there so I tried to call from my room only to get a dial tone on one number and no answer from the other. I proceeded to call from my cell phone. Room was clean, but seeming to start to blend in with the service offered at rhe extended stay next door, which is not good.

Here is a summary for quick review: Hotel id understaffed. Each day 1 staff member is running the whole hotel. The staff is over worked but polite and friendly. The "grab and go" breakfast is no longer available as advertised when I booked. I assume because they don't have the staff. They do provide mini cups for coffee on week days. On weekends they open their restaurant and the complimentary coffee disappears. They clean the rooms weakly but can "refresh" upon request. Carpets are pretty dirty. Room was pretty clean and comfortable. Good location off the freeway. Good security in the parking lot. Very friendly security guard. Laundry has 1 washer and dryer (dryer is out of service).

The hotel is dated and in need of updating, cleaning and some tlc. In addition i paid extra for a room with a balcony however the door to the balcony was extremely hard to open and close, so I was unable to use it. I asked the person at checkout to refund the difference in rates between a room with a balcony and one without but was told that since I reserved the room through expedia they could not adjust the amount I paid.
