The staff has to have been the nicest and most accommodating staff that i have ever interacted with. The drivers were so nice and awesome. The front desk attendant at check in was great. I will stay there again if i need a hotel near DFW in the future.

The highway nearby is quite loud. I tried to run the A/C to drown it out but every time it turned on and off it made a loud thud. So I tried to run the fan on high and then it made a high-pitched ringing. Great bed, bath, and linens but not the best night of rest.

This was by far the worst experience we have ever had with a Marriott property. The room was so noisy we couldn’t sleep. We reported this to the staff on multiple occasions and nothing was done. The first female employee I spike to demanded that we explain the noise - instead of walking up to hear or sending someone to investigate. Only after I asked for a manager and expressed my disappointment did she take my phone number and stated she or a manager would call us - still no call. We actually left this property and went to a different hotel for our last night. I will be filing a formal complaint with Marriott directly as I am a Marriott rewards client. Totally unacceptable.
