The room was nice and the property was clean, however, there were no provisions for EV charging, and the pool was closed even though the weather was great for a pool day. Staff interaction was minimal.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Having a small refrigerator and microwave in the room was very convenient. The lobby and the courtyard provided space to sit and relax, and the grounds were very well kept. The hotel is in close proximity to the airport (< 10 miles away). If I find myself in the Dallas area again, I will certainly return to stay here.

It is close to the airport and has an excellent shuttle service. What I didn't like about it is there is nothing in the area to close to the hotel. There are no restaurants, coffee shops or anything really in the area. You will have to travel to get somewhere as there is nothing within walking distance or a close drive.

Lift broke down and we got caught in it . Then no we had to take all Of our bags upstairs to 3rd level and then downstairs after when we left. The did comp us a breakfast for the issue though.
