We were there for only one night. The rooms were good. Liked the king bed and the mattress was great! We also liked the proximity to the airport and the Bass Pro Shop. I will use it again next time I am flying out of DFW.

I enjoyed the location, the cleanliness and some of the amenities that were actually working. A broken ATM machine in an airport hotel is just a deal breaker. I've been to CD bars where the ATM guy came within an hour, and it was still not working after a good 14 hours after asking for it to be serviced. Drink prices were absolutely absurd, and an exterior door on a downstairs room with a single woman alone, is also not smart. Had I known there were balconies, I would have specifically booked one of those but I didn't realize it. I would stay there again absolutely, because I enjoy the staff the most. That was my favorite part of the stay was the staff and it was very quiet. The airport shuttle guy was amazing, and so was everybody at the front desk. They all went above and beyond, as far as who I dealt with.

Booked this hotel after multiple delayed flights for my son because of its close proximity to the airport and airport shuttle that was supposed to run until 11pm. At about 10:30, he began calling the hotel, he had to call multiple times before someone finally answered at about 10 minutes until 11 to be told they weren’t running the shuttle anymore.
