The rooms were super clean and the hotel staff were so nice. Valet was also nice but I think more than one valet should be needed specifically during check in and out hours to reduce the wait time for your car

Stay was excellent. The only complaint is the parking was expensive. Beware when driving a lot of one way streets and the area has a lot of homeless people. (To be clear not by the hotel but the downtown area where restaurants and shopping.) I would suggest anyone to stay at this hotel!

Great stay - hard bed.

The beds are super firm and pillows super fluffy but flat when you put your head on it. Its perfect for back sleepers but not a side sleeping person. I will still book here in the future for convenience but will just bring my own pillow (more firm pillow) next time.
