In yown for an event at the convention center. Location is convenient to shopping and reastaurants. Small burriti restaurant plays loud music until 2am on Fridays. Request a room facing the ball, maybe its quieter. Park at a local lot, valet only is costly.

Lackluster service

Our check in experience was a little disappointing. After a long drive there, we were ready to check in and were surprised and happy to see no line at the counter. Despite that we stood there for at least 5 minutes before the desk clerk even acknowledged us. She finally said that it would be “one moment” and so we waited another 5 minutes for her. It was really confusing because the clerk was literally just listening to another clerk try to resolve some issue on the telephone. She finally got bored of that conversation and turned her attention to us and then we were able to check in.
