I paid for the room in full on Expedia and then the hotel charged me again. Said it was a mistake and that the charge would not go thru but it did and now I have to deal with getting a refund. The room they first gave me had an ozone machine running with a warning on the machine it was not safe to be in the room when it was running. They gave me another room but couldn't figure out how to open the door. A third room when then found for me and they had the same trouble opening the door for me until I suggested they take out the keycard first out of the cardboard sleeve before trying to open the door, or course that worked. I wasn't going to say anything about this until I just checked my credit card bill and saw they double charged me.

Odd layout of building with only 1 elevator at the very back of the building. Room with water leak and no working TV. Staff was great helped as they could. Single elevator was down during checkout time but staff turned it back on to assist with handicap family member on 2nd floor. Domestic violence incident occurred in public space in front of small children. Hotel currently under construction as well. Staff was great, hotel definitely needs some upgrading which hopefully they are doing now.

I made a reservation with breakfast included and I still had to pay $40 for a breakfast for two. The description showed there was a bar but there isn’t. Those were the two reasons why I booked this hotel and none of them were available. Only one person was working the kitchen so it took almost 30 minutes to get my food.
