Carpet is dirty all around the hotel. Room had live roaches. Couch had nasty stains. Hallways smelled weird. Over crowded elevator lobby and elevators - took forever to get on to go to room. Too many floors to take the stairs.

This was a very pleasant surprise and at an excellent price. All my experiences with Crown Plazas have been nice, but this one especially. It was a High-Rise very close to Dallas Love-Field Airport, and I felt very safe and secure there. The Lobby was immaculate, and the Staff greeted me like family. The restaurant was very nice, and the made to order breakfast was an excellent plus. This might be my new number one Hotel to stay when i travel to Dallas, and maybe anywhere i travel!

This hotel is disgusting. The front desk issued me a key to an already occupied room. I walked into a filthy room that still had guests. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I left immediately and wish I could have gotten a refund, but I signed up for a non refundable room.

Good stay. Good location. Clean and comfortable
My husband and i enjoyed our stay here. We visited Dallas for the state fair and it was also the red river showdown weekend, so the hotel was packed with college students. I was worried that we would hear a lot of noise from our room, but we didnt! The room was big and spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The amenities were also nice and the location was great. Would recommend
