Convenient, Covered parking (hail season) walking distance to Subway a Handuran was working there. Staff was on CPT. Memphis lady complained they needed to cross trained. I told her ICE raided a lot of Hotels. She's rATHER HAVE AN ILLEGAL THAN A HOMELESS aMERICAN.

Rude staff

I’m not a picky person, I just wanted to check in and get to my room but the lady in the front desk was incredibly rude. She wouldn’t even look at me or make eye contact. I would ask a question and got shrugged like I was bothering her. Mind you it was 1am and no one was in the lobby except myself and her. Front desk needs some serious retraining on hospitality and customer service.

My truck would not fit in garage so we spent 1 hour trying to figure the parking situation. My truck is not lifted by the way it’s factory height. Then the guy that works outside the hotel was no help, and thought it was funny as we were getting aggravated after the drive to get there we just wanted to check in relax and get a bite to eat.. We couldn’t sleep at night with the balcony room, door was closed, but guess it’s not insulated to well because at 2:30 am a sports car was in the middle of downtown doing burn outs with their loud exhaust and woke us up..
