The front desk people were not very knowledge or helpful. They did not know when a manager would be available to discuss a double charge to my card and lied about there being a hold on my card. Once I finally was able to get a hold of the manager, she was very kind and fixed the issue immediately.

This hotel was very clean and nice, the beds were comfortable, the hot water in the shower was great, and the free breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. We enjoyed the air hockey and large floor chess games upstairs, as well as the indoor pool and hot tub. Overall a good place for the money!

The price was not the price advertised.

Renovations were nice but imperfections were obvious. Staff very friendly and kind. Smell of the room was terrible. Smelled of cigarettes and a tad bit of mold. I am guessing the ceiling needs to be replaced. Was charged an extra $88 that still has not been accounted for.

We were early, but they held our bags while we went to lunch. Later as we found out our room door opened by pushing, no key needed, they had some there within 30 minutes to fix it. Had yo wake up the shuttle driver in the van at 6am to go to the airport

A Hidden Gem!

Was there for an overnight…twice in the past month. This is a hidden gem…hidden because it’s 4 miles from the airport and many folks choose hotels closer. But the luxury Mercedes minivan and the smiling service makes the 10 minute trip an easy and comfortable one. The reception area is phenomenal…the room was VERY comfortable…I didn’t have breakfast since I had an early flight both times. This was just a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this hotel. And I never got to affordability - can’t beat the price!!! TWO AMAZING THUMBS UP.

The ac was not working properly which caused my husband very restless sleeping. The unit was turning on every 2 minutes, instead of coming on when the room reaches a certain temperature. My husband reported it to the front desk twice. Was told they would fix it, it wasn’t ever fixed. My husband went down to the front desk the night before checkout to request shuttle service and wake up call. The attendant argued with my husband that we did not have a room with them. Then she said “oh you must be with Ramada”. No clue what that was all about. We had already been there for 2 nights in rm 2191. Wake up call at 3:00 a.m. did not happen.

Def needs upgrade! Pretty sure when I filtered through to find a hotel I put 4+ stars….this one is apparently rated 4 stars when you google it…it needs to be dropped to 3 or 3.5 max. This is not what you expect going to 4 stars. First of all, not sure if they were just having a bad day/weekend or if it’s all the time but you walk in and it’s hot and humid. Like the A/c wasn’t working properly or something. But we looked past that bc that seems like something a 4 star wouldn’t let fly so probably a recent issue happened right? Then the front desk… maybe she was having an off day bc I mean it was hot, and it’s muggy also outside, and hot July Texas, but she was not welcoming. And when she told me my room assignment and it was on the first floor (which I don’t do) I asked if there was something not on the first floor and she didn’t even attempt to try to look, just gave a dry “no.” So I’m like alright. Looked past that bc we were only staying one night. The room, it smelled!!!!! It was stale, humid, and hot! Then the walls looked like they ain’t touched up paint in forever, specifically the ceiling. But the room itself was fine. Like the beds looked good, nice tv. Then we turn on a/c, smell amplifies so we had to spray the vent with one of our fragrance mists to make it bearable. Then I take a quick restroom break and notice in the tub there is some sort of paper note taped across the facet outle…..that says “pull”. Now I get giving instructions bc clearly this is a different

Nice hotel with a fancy lobby.

Nice hotel, pretty lobby. The rooms are comfortable and the service is good. Only downside is the rooms are all a long way from the front door and you can only really come and go from the front door.

I had to quickly make a reservation because my flight was canceled at DFW airport. I chose this one because of its location that I quickly regretted it. The minute that I opened the door to the room the smell was terrible and it really just put me in a bad position since it was midnight and I was traveling with my elderly parents. We left immediately.

Just okay

Let’s start with the positives…The bed was very comfortable, the room was fairly clean and quiet, my kid loved the indoor pool, ping pong and game room. Now the negatives… Staff was apathetic (acted like they had better things to be doing than working in the service industry), the building is outdated and poorly patched up, the breakfast room had fly tape all over the walls (hello health code violation), the food was meh (we can get better quality from the gas station up the road honestly), the outdoor pool was FULL of dead ants floating on the top, and the common areas looked like could use a deep cleaning. This hotel was probably in its prime back in 1995 and the decor shows.
