It is a good deal for the money. Housekeeping came by daily which not all hotels do. It was relatively quiet and the black out curtains made it easy to sleep. The breakfast was as advertised.

Upon checking in the young female at counter spoke fast and very softly had to keep asking to repeat herself. The room was not very welcoming. Carpeted had a patch that I tripped on, wasn’t expecting carpeting to be repaired at door. The covered chair was very, very dirty didn’t even sit in it. The cabinet and drawers were in disrepair the drawers didn’t close properly. Two of the 3 drawers couldn’t open since middle drawer was broken. So just used my suitcase to keep clothes in. The only positive thing was the bed and pillows were comfortable. The so called Room Service menu was outdated one place was out of business. Informed front desk that perhaps their HQ should be informed of this. It seemed to me that some of the rooms are rented out for long term housing, as the people next door had plenty of laundry baskets of laundry piled up by their room. As for me I would not recommend this place nor will I be returning. Don’t rely on the pictures you see on booking sites. Lesson learned.

Something about this property made me get allergies bad - funny enough, within hours of checking out, I was fine. That and the fact the door didn’t close all the way (small gap at the bottom) which might be the reason why I found a spider and ants crawling on my bed. Won’t be back

I canceled my reservation as soon i got it because i booked the wrong hotel i reached out to property they said they was gonna cancel then i reached out to hotels .com well tjey kept giving me the run around they kept my reservation i never checked in and when i kept cslling about my refund they didn't refund me so tjey kept my money and i disnt stay there

Room smelled very clean. One lamp was no/could not be plugged in, the other had damaged shade. Juice machine out of juice at breakfast. Otherwise everything worked, was comfy. Staff friendly and helpful all around. Would stay again.
