We had booked two nights through Expedia, but they only booked the first night for us. After several conversations we were told to book a second night by ourselves and that they would keep us in the same room, but there was a huge misunderstanding when we arrived. Front desk clerk was very nice. Only problem I had was when toilet wouldn’t flush I was asked to come to front desk and get a plunger. That wasn’t my job, asked for room change and she said she couldn’t do it. So she finally sent maintenance to fix the problem, which was the tank.
