Bed bugs in room 111, pictures and videos were taken. Front desk phone wouldn't allow calls through so we had to visit to confirm early check in, no breakfast as pictured, desk clerk said it hadn't been offered in 2 years.

Ran like jail here!!!

They run this place like a jail, have people living there smoking marajuana and do nothing about it yet will enforce rules that are frivolous, won't open pool till 5pm even then they may not, carpet turns your feet black when walk on it, cold coffee served in morning with no creamer, how hard is it for an employer to make sure the guests Jabra hot coffee and creamer, place only cares about money nothing else! Employees will tell you they don't care as they don't get paid enough to care.

Decent

It's a decent stay for the money. There is no breakfast provided as shown in the pictures, the sign has a piece of masking tape over it in person. Water pressure a little iffy, but manageable. Like I said before, it's decent for the price.

First of all when I checked in, I told him I didn’t want anybody in my room for the five days. I will be there because I have lots of medication‘s. He told me too bad. They cleaned the room on Tuesdays and you have no say so they didn’t have any cards to hang on the door for privacy or nothing. They just came in whenever they want And when they changed my sheets and pillowcases, I had to take my pillowcases back because they had stains all over. I’m not gonna say what they might’ve been besides the two bugs in the bathroom and the window falling out halfway in my room. Oh yeah, and the plug one of the plugs in the wall was hanging out of the wall big hole on the wall My microwave quit he told me sorry I can’t do nothing about it Very rude people

It is a quiet hotel. It's clean and with good service. Unfortunately the stairways are in the back of the building so it could be a long walking if you are in the middle of the 2nd floor. But it has a convenient location and a good price.

Broken dead bolt, window not locked properly upon arrival, fridge unpluged, lamps and alarm unplugged. Terrible shampoo, no hair dryer. door to pool continuously locked, they said theyd open and didnt so got locked out and had to walk around. Only put feet in pool because it looked scummy. First set of towels were dirty so asked for extra towels and they replaced but next day asked for 4 towels so i wouldn't have to ask again.the next day and they said they didnt have towels because maid didnt come today... but i could get them tomorrow when they come. Next morning we asked for no room service and when we got back they cleaned the room. Very frustrated that they entered our room when asked not to. We had also asked for a do jot disturb card but they dont have those... super odd. The room was very lound, tile floors so sound carries from hall - loud noises all night, doors banging. No breakfast served, just nasty coffee - DO NOT BE FOOLED BY PICTURES!
