After I’ve stayed here 10 times I’m disappointed

The maid services stole my husbands wedding ring that we got from Cozumel. The water took an hour to drain from the sink and the room we were in you could hear a tapping noise all day and all night. The springs in the belt made my back hurt and the pillows gave me a crook in my neck. A 3 night stay. Plus the smell remind me of the motel we use stay in 25 years ago. Desperate need of upgrade.
