Room cleaning after two night's you would expect someone to at least empty garbage and have cups! We requested day three linen change. Didnt happen. Room was a view of steel wall. We even requested an upgrade on day one never happened for our three night stay. Overall disappointed.

The hotel was clean and nice. The staff was helpful. This hotel actually had a very comfortable bed for someone who is a side sleeper with chronic back pain. This is the only hotel I’ve come across that didn’t have a horrible firm bed!

The rooms could use some TLC and the rooms have an odor. Little stains on carpet. Carpet could use some updates. Front desk was nice. I think they could at least offer free toast or even cereal but instead they sell those items.

Couldn’t be farther from pictures , place is rundown with mold growing on walls by fixtures. Upon arrival immediately asked for my room to be moved due to the overwhelming odor of marijuana. The staff onsite was friendly and made attempts to rectify issues I had but I ultimately checked out the following morning after I complained my ac was Stuck on 75 blowing warm air and when I touched the thermostat it turned off. I was told to open the unit, I’m not here to service your mechanical equipment.
