I traveled and stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton 2 weekends ago for my birthday vacation. I had the most amazing stay! The staff was very kind and welcoming, my location was such a perfect spot from all my activities I planned on doing in Dallas, housekeeping was very on point with the daily maintenance of my room, there’s was peace and quiet on my floor and overall a 10/10 experience. I felt extremely comfortable and safe during my stay :)

This hotel is very expensive, but well located. When you are paying a premium price, you might expect coffee in the lobby, room service all day, and maybe a free bottle of water in your room. There is none of that, they miss on the details.

Expensive and not worth it
A very expensive hotel that is well located but misses on the details. For instance: - They have no coffee in the lobby in the morning- you have to go to the restaurant, find a server and pay $6. - There are two water bottles is your room and charge $3 ea. At $350/night room it felt like they were just being cheap. - There is limited room service times so I did Door Dash during the football games.
