This was one of the best Drury hotels we have stayed at. The staff were friendly. Room was clean and quiet. Their evening dinner and free drinks were wonderful as was the morning breakfast. It would be nice to have a larger fitness facility but it was fine to squeeze in a little workout if needed. There is a mall nearby to go shopping, see a movie, etc. Great Drury and good location.

Our stay overall was good, the only issue we had was there we no pool towels or room towels. We waited an hour for them to bring up more pool towels and that never happened so we had to walk back to the room wet. Let’s order some towels.

I love this hotel. It was like new, had free lunch, free dinner and gave us a few drink tickets for happy hour. At breakfast, they had a fountain drink machine. It as wonderful to have Diet Coke instead of orange juice or coffee. My room had a bathtub. I am not a shower person. The parking was easy, Free and safe. This was a perfect hotel for me.

Drury will exceed your expectations!

This was my family’s first stay at a Drury Hotel and our first vacation with our dog. We stayed at their Dallas Frisco, Tx location. Everyone was so friendly and attentive to our needs, ensuring that we had the best stay! All of their employees exemplify excellence, from the front desk staff, to the manager, to the maintenance man. The added accomodations make the whole experience even better: free breakfast AND dinner (both hot and buffet style), 3 free alcoholic beverages each evening, access to an indoor pool and hot tub, gym access, family oriented, dog friendly, and an observation tower on the top floor with a beautiful view of the city. We had a minor inconvenience right after check in, where the base of the toilet was leaking. Within 10 minutes of calling the front desk, maintenance was in our room to assess the situation, and we were moved to another suite immediately thereafter. It honestly didn’t even feel like an inconvenience. I only mention it to emphasise how quickly they respond to your needs. I had seen the awesome reviews prior to booking and thought they couldn’t be that great. They REALLY are!!! We will be back for sure.

The staff was amazing! From speaking with Yolanda in the breakfast area, to Renee recommending a local eatery, to Jason (the manager) of us talking about history. They were amazing. I will continue to stay at THIS Drury Inn anytime I am in the Dallas area. Plus the room was spotless, and the elevators were extremely fast, and the pool was well maintained.
