The hotel was very clean. I’m always critical of hotel bathrooms, and I had no concerns with this hotel. The front desk and Happy Hour staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. One of the Happy Hour nights was BBQ, and it was super good. This will be our hotel of choice for every Frisco visit.

From Kanisha at front desk to Ashley and Ivan in the kitchen along with the rest of the team… I felt like I was the only guest. They made me feel welcome, safe and valued. The hotel is great but the team is unparalleled. They made the stay exceptional!

The hotel is easy to access right off the Tollway. As of the time of this writing, the tollway is under construction in that area so just be aware. Parking at night is best underground if you get there later. The staff was amazing and friendly. Safety wasn't a problem, shopping is close and there are a lot of decent food choices in the immediate area. The hotel was quite, which is also nice.
