The positives: brand new, very clean, inexpensive, full kitchen, and secure. Why I won’t stay here again: a lot of road noise so close to the turnpike, only a simple chair next to the bed and desk chair so no place really to sit and watch TV, Direct TV service was hit or miss, lobby doors do not slide open so difficult to navigate if your hands are full, no expected hotel amenities like coffee maker or hair dryer, no breakfast, no carpet in the rooms so upstairs neighbors were very noisy walking around and scooting chairs, thermostat in the room is confusing, rooms are sparse and bare. The Hampton Inn and Towneplace Suites down the road also have full kitchens and a far nicer places to stay.

Bad customer service.

What a terrible day and this hotel has poor customer service. We got an emergency call from family and I booked this hotel at 7:30pm on July 15th. We drove from West Texas to this hotel in Dallas/Richardson at 3am on July 16th. Before booking I checked the website carefully, they said check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 11am. Why didn't they say what time is the latest check in time? And on the website it says 24 hour front desk but no one is at the front desk, I tried calling them and they said I can't check in at this time…… Never had this happen to any hotel I've been to before. I asked for a refund, they told me to call customer service and they checked all the information, kept me on hold on the phone and said the reservation was canceled but I didn't and didn't receive any emails from them. They told me to wait, they checked again and hung up. I called back but they didn't answer. That's why I'm writing this at 5am, sitting outside a gas station with my kid even though I already paid for the hotel. Waiting until morning so I can go to the hospital to visit my dying relative.

Its a pretty basic hotel but great if you just need a place for a quicktrip. Its new, very clean and in a location near several food choices and a Starbucks.

This establishment need to have iron and iron board in each room. Front desk told me that there were only 5 irons in the entire hotel.

Clean and Comfortable

Stay was great however the only elevator was out of service the day we checked out. We had to carry EVERYTHING down three flights of stairs. Thankfully the hotel extended our checkout time 2 hours. I was able to get my friends & granddaughter loaded and on their way home. I was able to cool off and then get myself loaded. Then I was able to get ready for work. I’m a flight attendant and was starting a trip that afternoon. It all worked out.
