Walking to the room there was nothing but weed smell all the way down the hall and room. Went to tell front desk he got me another room not to far away some thing. Come back 3nd time on same floor he get me room ant the end still smell it, but just went to bed. Check out told older man he didnt say anything.

Wet balls

The room was clean, the front desk person was cheerful and accommodating for an early checkin. The toiletbole had the water too high. If a male sat down on the toilet, he would get wet. The breakfast was austere, but satisfying.

Friendly desk, musty room

Person checking us in was VERY nice and helpful, and the location is great - easily accessible, but after that, it was not great. When we first arrived, there was a musty smell in the room and we thought it was because the A/C hadn't been running as much, turned it on and left to go to our event. When we came back that night, it still smelled musty, like mold or mildew. I was a little worried about breathing in mold all night, so I went to check the AC closer and the vent was very dirty, mildewy and gross. We asked if we could switch rooms and was told that we'd have to talk to the manager in the morning, that the person at the desk couldn't do anything for us. We took the washcloths and went back and deep cleaned the vent and took the filters and cleaned them out as well just to be able to sleep. There was a LOT of gross junk on the washcloths and we went to show the manager/person who arrived on the next shift and they just said "oh."
