Overall the room was clean and comfortable, and quiet which was nice. Had an issue with the heat the first night but the staff was quick to rectify the issue the next day. Included breakfast was very good and all of the staff interactions were great. Would recommend this location. Would recommend

Serious cleaning/ maintenance needed
Cleanliness and maintenance is a big issue. When I took off cushions to makeup sofa bed; one cushion had a huge red (blood) stain. The toilet seat and base were filthy. Tub faucet kept dripping. We also had a fire alarm at night & had to evacuate the hotel. However staff were non chalant & nobody directed us to any safe gathering spot. No one bothered to tell us if property was safe to return to. Called front desk and they put us on indefinite hold. When asked no one bothered to give us any details. Unfortunate for a Hilton brand hotel. Never had such a stay.

An elegant and Grandiose hotel
This trip was for my Anniversary. Overall my husband and i were pleased. The hotel itself, is quite elegant looking. The inside gives a feeling of grandeur with the high stories and glass elevators. The fountains and winding staircase add to this upscale appeal. Now the room itself was dated in design. However, the room was clean and the view was spectacular! one special touch was the surprise on the bed when we arrived. Rose petals (fake) and swan heart shaped towels!! This was the little sweet touch that added to our very special day. Breakfast was good. It is a nice hotel.
