The first room we got had not been cleaned. They quickly gave us a new room. Our 2nd room was great. Clean and neat. A little stuffy but quickly cleared after turning on the air.

My whole room was tore apart and trashed when we got there . There was so much nasty sticky stuff everywhere thank god i carry wipes to wipe everything the picture was off the wall and laying on the bed idk i was baffled by how much they charged but how GHETTO my room was . Would not recommend! One of the TVs was missing ! I reported everything immediately so i wouldnt be held responsible for any damages . Idk if it was cause we were on the 8th floor and they just dont clean their rooms thoroughly . But that was one of the worst rooms i ever seen. Not to mention all the trouble they had checking me in for like 30 mins . They guy walked away from me in the middle of checking me in . Im not kidding when i say they act like they are fancy and boujie but u get and the room and its straight ghetto and couldnt offer us another room or money back for anything ! 🙄 And the food was super cold and tasted like jail food 🙃 didnt even have a microwave anywhere lol

Location was convenient, staff was friendly Hotel is in desperate need for an update. My door was nearly impossible to open, carpet was rough, bath faucet was more thank leaking - it was a consistent stream, and a couple screws were missing from the window, other people from my company that stayed in the same hotel had some similar issues with their rooms.

Overall experience was good. However watch out for parking fee - the property charges $18 mandatory parking fee if you park a car anywhere on the property (even if outside the garage). Also they assume that you are parking a car and add the fee unless you explicitly discuss and ask them to take it out (if you are not parking a car).
