The morning buffet was good only thing could a non pork option be available. Also the under ground parking was smelly, the staff was polite and informative, and we enjoyed the happy hour celebration.

The food and employees were great! This time our suite smelled like smoke. We kept the room, but made sure they knew it wasn't us right after we checked in. The young women who assisted us in getting into our room agreed about the smell. She did offer us another suite. we kept it because it was the only one with a king bed available.

Our room was well used and need of some cosmetic repairs, but clean and spacious. The area is typical of downtown areas now, un-housed are plentiful, dirty and not a safe feeling.

If you have a truck you will not fit in the parking garage and they have very limited parking. It’s clean but it’s not really clean. Of the four elevators two smelled like throw up. Sketchy out side and you have people begging for money.

The hotel building is really nice inside- just like the photos. The interior lobby and restaurant section felt nicer than the room. We had a suite style room and it was spacious, though the toilet flushed so slowly that it worried us every time. The room was pretty old too and didn’t quite live up to the Hilton standards we were expecting.

The property was well priced and the rooms were great. It felt like it was going down hill. All the corner plant boxes on every floor were really sad and pathetic with one or two little barely surviving plants. Fixing these up would bring bright vibrancy back just a thought. And the parking garage was very stinky and kinda scary. The location was great, the value was good, and staff were very friendly.

Pros: Centrally Located to Dallas and Surrounding Area. Decent Breakfast and Happy Hour. Cons: Very rundown and dirty pool area. Rooms are outdated and smell heavily of mildew. Rooms need a DEEP clean. Front desk staff need to work on customer service and listening skill.

Love the breakfast and the omelette guy! Check in lady was nice, but spoke very broken English and was unable to give information about parking or information for the hotel room. Room was clean and a great value for the money.

I called the morning I was to arrive and was assured there would be linens on the pull out couch. No linens. I waited 20 minutes before anyone showed up. I had to request clean towels on Saturday. There is black mold in the caulk around the tub. There was no place to park Saturday night. When is the last time you painted the stripes in you underground parking lot?

We had some issues with the bartender the 1st night of our stay. We ordered 2 cheese quesadillas, and said no peppers and onions. He brought back 2 chicken quesadillas, then slightly argued with me on what he heard vs what we ordered. He went to have it corrected, and brought back 2 cheese quesadillas loaded with peppers and onions. I also ordered a beer, and he gave me white wine instead. We felt like there was a language barrier here, and had somewhere to be soon after, so we just scrapped off the peppers and onions from our food, and I didn’t drink the wine. Our room carpet had stains all throughout, and our bathroom had dry wall falling apart. Additionally, the faucet to the shower had this screw sticking out inside the lever and was preventing us from being able to turn it all of the way. I turned the screw enough to allow us to use the shower properly, vs taking a luke warm/no water pressure shower. The breakfast both mornings of our stay was awesome, but unfortunately that’s the only good thing I can say about our stay.
