Disappointed as Embassy suites used to be a very upscale experience for the room and for meals/breakfast… My room was not cleaned at all nor was it restocked for the three nights I stayed there. I had to request these things at the desk and Carey coffee back to the room, no hairdryer in the room And my truck scraped the roof trying to get into the parking garage and there’s not nearly enough surface parking in safe lighted zones at street level.

The hotel is decent however the customer service is lacking. We had a hard time finding anything on the property. The breakfast is good and probably the best thing out of this hotel. The bed and boarding could’ve been better. The bathroom was so small and the shower head was leaking water.

The amenities were great. Cleanliness was good. I would only say that the hotel needs major renovations. Our bathroom vanity was very wore down so was the door. As well as the pull out bed its very old. But overall my stay was great.

I am unhappy with this puppy when I got there the room smelled like urine. The bed look like someone slept in it. The light in the bathroom was flickering. The host in the front desk was not professional. I asked for a refund I was told away for the general manager. I called for five days and I kept hearing different stories and if the general manager wasn’t there, I’ll be on hold for more than 20 minutes. I’m still to this day waiting for my refund.

Reservation was for 2 room for 3 nights, slept there one night and check out the following morning, but manager would not refund remain 2 room for 2 night, booked reservations through Cheaptickets.com. The property was nice for an older hotel. The parking garage was unclear on how to park.We enjoyed the awesome breakfast and the evening happy hour. The website showed a hot tub which was cemented in and the pool was not heated so even indoors, it was too cold to swim in. However, The staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The price seemed fair for our stay. We look forward to staying again.

Smelled when walked in, commode would not flush properly, trash on floor, room temperature hot would not cool down, not enough towels, did not replenish towels or coffee nada, phones would not work. Other family members had to leave because their rooms so hot.
