Staff was friendly, room was not what was expected from a Hilton. There was something spilled on the counters in our room and trash left under the chairs. It was also very hot in our room and we could not get it to cool down much. My friend found a hair in her eggs but other than that, breakfast was decent. It really is not a horrible hotel by any means but we did expect better for the price and from Hilton.

This Embassy Suites is not your typical Embassy Suites. It has not been updated and the location of the hotel is concerning. We felt like we were staying in a motel. Would not recommend to anyone.

Toilet didn’t flush. Workout Exercise room way too hot. Pin missing from toe strengthening cage. Didn’t appear the HVAC was working. Same as in my with grand kids. Too tried to complain for 9 hr drive. Couldn’t understand the flies at our table when eating breakfast. 2 kept bugging me. Staff was very friendly

The toilet would not flush properly, we would have to take the toilet back off to get it to flush. The ac did not work it was hot in the room the whole time on the lowest setting.
