Tiffani at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Also maintenance addressed an issue I had securing my hotel room promptly. In addition, food service was excellent. My room was as I reserved. The only change to my room I would of liked is location. I would have liked the first floor but was given the fourth floor. The room above me was very loud but I made the best of it because the hotel was over-booked.

The hotel is very nice and even smells clean. My suite was beyond what I expected! The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. The area surrounding the hotel is also very nice and there are many things to do in that area. Also, Tryrek and Myeisha made the check in and check out process fast and easy. Will be staying again!

Excellent location. Parking wasn't all that great. Also rooms were smaller compared to other Embassy Hotels we've stayed at but overall great stay. 4 stars was for parking and size of rooms.

Not sure where to begin with this stay,this location is a 10/10 recommend. We flew in from New Orleans to attend the Dallas and Saints game (WHO⚜️DAT), it was only a 15 to 20 minute drive to arrive to the hotel from the airport.I will say from the moment we checked in to the time we checked out, everything was perfect. We were greeted with smiles the room was very nice and clean. The property itself was clean quiet and they also gave us two free complementary drinks each night. The breakfast was awesome(lol) but overall, this was a great experience at the Embassy suite property in Irving. Thanks for everything
