Could have been a little better.

Shortly after we got to the room we found the toilet clogged. When I went to use the restroom the next morning downstairs in the lobby none of the soap dispensers were working properly and only one paper towel dispenser worked. After saying something and then using that restroom again later at least 2 hours after saying something the same situation was still present.

NO HEAT!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

NO HEAT IN 22 degree COLD!!! Three nights with no heat! They also refuse to compensate us or fix the heating system. HORRIBLE!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE IT HAS AWFUL SERVICE!!!!

I got lucky and randomly stayed at this hotel because I had $200 credit on hotels.com. I really liked the newness of the place. It was clean, well designed, and the bartender makes excellent drinks. At the time of my stay, this property provided my wife and I two complimentary drinks each. I am a Marriot BonVoy Ambassador Elite and we don't even get that at the Westin nor J.W. Marriot. I have practically no rank with Hilton Honors, but I felt like I did. I would stay here again. I am going to start alternating my use of BonVoy with my rarely used Hilton Honors because of this location. Keep it up!

Beautiful hotel with co.fy beds.

This is a beautiful hotel. The room met all of my expectations. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. The only disappointment was brakfast. My family likes to stay at Enbassy Suites for the cook to order breakfast. I have never had such a greasy omlet before. The free oarking on the street is a little inconvenient. Thankfully, we were able to snag a spot pretty close to the front. Overall, this was a graat exoerience. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. Although the rooms are small and are not 2 separate rooms, they are really nice. The front desk staff were very friendly.

Nice and comfy

The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool and hotel were very nice. The breakfast was really good. The only con I would say is that the bathroom was in need of minor repair… the caulking in tub needed to be redone. But bathroom was very clean.
