This location was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The room was lovely and the soundproofing was exceptional. Breakfast had many options and even custom, made to order omelets. They also include happy hour providing free refreshments and snacks like trailmix and vegetable tray. The only downside I would say is the parking, as there is a small parking lot. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property itself was clean and comfortable However, 1. Shortly after we arrived to our room there was very loud music coming from the parking lot and a bike gang had just arrived to start for the evening. 2. When we arrived to the hotel back from our event the Dallas police were there dealing with some kind of issue. 3. It was passed midnight and teenagers were screaming and yelling all around the hotel. 4. Close to 1am I saw about 15 teens pile into one hotel room. 5. Throughout the hotel you would get strong smells of cigarettes and weed. There's nothing the staff could do about it, it's just the type of clientele they service. 6. Also I waited at the front desk to check out and when no one arrived after 10 minutes I just had to leave.
